1. How does the BizPacks Affiliate Program work?
It's simple. BizPacks supplies its affiliates with text links that lead directly to BizPacks, and with specially "tagged" URLs that identify the Affiliate's site. Affiliates place these links and the specially tagged URLs behind these links on their web site(s). BizPacks records every sale generated by a click-through from an Affiliate site; the Affiliate can earn up to 60% of each sale within a 1 year window.

2. What's a 1 year window?
Day One is the day a user comes to your site and clicks-through a banner to our site. Our tracking system continues to track that click-through for  1 year. If a user buys something at any time during that year, you can earn up to 60% of the sale. Yes, even if they leave the site and come back 9 months later. They don't even have to enter our site through your site again, not after that first click-through.

3. So I'll earn commissions on all future purchases by a customer originally referred by my site, correct?
Yes.

4. What does it cost to join?
Nothing. We pay you. For Affiliates, being a BizPacks merchandise reseller is a win/win proposition. Every sale referred by your site earns a commission. you can promote BizPacks products and use our buttons, banners, and text links to your site and be open for business. BizPacks will never ask you for money.

5. What are the criteria for becoming a BizPacks Affiliate?
Naturally, BizPacks wants to engage quality Affiliates. Simply stated, BizPacks welcomes sites that reflect the style and sensibility of our brand. BizPacks reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate an Affiliate at any time and for any reason.

6. What are your content guidelines?
Without limitation, member's participation in the BizPacks Affiliate Program may be terminated, where BizPacks, in its sole discretion, determines: that any content, goods, services, or links displayed on or made available through or in connection with member's web site(s) are illegal, obscene, indecent, vulgar, offensive, dangerous, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by Sweft.com in its sole discretion.

7. I have more than one web site. Do I have to apply separately for each one? How does this affect accounting?
No. Only one account is allowed per company or organization. You may use this to promote many products as you wish.

8. Can web sites based outside the United States be BizPacks Affiliates?
Yes, All international webmasters are free to join BizPacks affiliate program

9. What can I expect from BizPacks?
BizPacks has a library of tasteful promotional emails, popups, banners, and text links and will provide you with specially tagged URL's to be placed behind the links to direct traffic straight from your site to our site. BizPacks will record all referred transactions and you will be provided a unique URL where you can check your sales and commission payments anytime.

 I joined the program, Now what?

1. I just registered BizPacks Affiliate program. Now what do I do?
You will receive an email with step-by-step instructions immediately.

2. What do I do if information, such as my email address or URL, changes?
Simply go to your settings page in your account page and change your settings

3. Can I refer to specific BizPacks products on my site?
Yes

4. Can I put up multiple ads on multiple sites?
Yes. We recommend it. 

5. Can I open a new browser when your banner or link is clicked?
Yes. One browser window may be opened.

6. Can I load your site into a frame?
Yes. Our site may opened or loaded in a frame.

7. Can I send you forced-exit traffic?
No. All clicks must come from people who consciously choose to visit BizPacks. This means that using Java or any other programming language or technique to alter the behavior of the "Back" or "Close" button is not allowed.

8. Can I register with search engines?
Yes, you're encouraged to submit your site to search engines. However, it must be perfectly clear to the customer that you are an Affiliate of BizPacks, and not an employee of BizPacks itself.

9. Will I receive any marketing assistance from BizPacks?
Our Affiliate newsletter will provide you with tips, techniques and established promotions and marketing strategies that have been proven to increase sales. We'll also inform you of special promotions and discounts so you can inform your customers of the same.

10. As an Affiliate, can I pull content from BizPacks for my site?
No. All BizPacks content is protected by law. Any unauthorized use or misuse, however unintentional, may violate applicable law. As an Affiliate, your site is a gateway to BizPacks.  

11. Can I mention BizPacks in my advertising?
Yes, but don't use spam.

1. What is your privacy policy?
Privacy is extremely important to our site visitors, our customers and us. All our visitors' and customers' personal information and transaction histories are held in the strictest confidence. We will NEVER sell, rent, trade or give our site visitors' or customers' personal information or transaction histories to our Affiliates or to any other company or organization.

2. What is your return policy?
Simply put, the best in the business. If our customers are dissatisfied with any of their selections for any reason, they can return it postpaid within 90 days for an exchange, credit or refund.

3. How does BizPacks track orders?
BizPacks track orders by using Cookies. All links originating from your site to BizPacks contain a specially formatted tag to identify your site. With every referred sale made within the 1 year window we credit your account. It's that simple.

4. Can I monitor sales on a regular basis?
Yes, you may log in to your account at any time to see statistics on sales and payments. All data in the system is currently updated and will appear in your reports immediately.

5. When and how will I be paid?
In your admin area there is a button appears at the top of each page (Request Payment) button. Once your account balance reaches $100 you can notify us to by clicking on Request Payment button to send your commission. In the event your account's commission payable balance does not reach $100, no check will be issued. Instead, your commission will be accumulated until it reaches $100. The bottom line is you can request a payment anytime your balance $100 and up.

You can also request payment through PayPal when your account balance reach $50 and more.

6. Can my commissions be used to purchase products?
Yes, we realize that our Affiliates may very well be our customers. In fact, if you would like to use your commission to buy products, we will automatically give you 10% off any purchase.

7. How do I know you're not shaving my stats?
Please feel free to place an order and see how quickly your data is updated. All sales statistics are currently updated to the second.

8. I have not received a check, what should I do?
First check your online stats, which should reflect any payments made. If you've done this and still have questions, please email Support@BizPacks.com with your details and we will get back with you within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that you have to earn a minimum of $100 to receive a check.
